On Friday, February 24th, the Paul Kinder Forensics and Debate team competed against over 20 other middle schools at Bingham Middle School in Independence. Here were our finalists:

JP Dunavant and Drayton Lengyel – 8th place in Experienced PUFF Debate

Zohntrell Pledger – 8th place in Prose

Kaleb Chase and Kaylyn Smith – 4th place in Humorous Duo

Lauren Butcher and Myora Slaughter – 3rd place in Experienced PUFF Debate

Daelin Jackson and Miriya Stiles – 3rd place in Dramatic Duet

Trey Vermillion – 3rd place in Humorous Interpretation

Trey Vermillion – 2nd place in Dramatic Interpretation

Jasmine Carter – 2nd place in Storytelling

Cameron Spangler and Jacob Pittman-Davis – 2nd place in Humorous Duo

Congratulations, team! Your fellow grizzlies are proud, and we all wish you luck at your last tournament at Ray-Pec Middle School!
