The PKMS football Grizzlies were back in action last night against Summit Lakes. In the first game, despite being out-manned 2 to 1, the Grizzlies played hard, played tough, and played with heart, but fell short in the end, 8-7. The lone touchdown for the Grizzlies came on a 42-yard pass play from Tanner Rose to Xavier Loyd. Defensively, the Grizzlies were helped out with big plays from Tanner Rose, and Dylan Fontenot and quarterback sacks from T’Andre Forbush and Beau Stephens.

The second game was called due to darkness in the 4th quarter, but not before Isaac Harkness scored from one yard out. The scoring drive for the Grizzlies had big runs from Demeris Walker and Preston Holland.

The Grizzlies are back in action today after school against Osage Trail Middle School. See you at the Grizzly Den!
